Experiential Learning Tools for Creative Planning and Life-goal setting

In recent months, at Reka Si, we have been designing and delivering experiential learning tools for creative planning and life-goal setting with our KNŽŽ group (Kreativno načrtovanje žensk* za ženske* - Creative Planning: by WomXn for WomXn).
 
Last weekend, through body, dance, and movement, our group unpacked and transformed goal-setting tools such as the Life Cycle and SMART, using body-centred awareness to make planning embodied and meaningful.
We draw inspiration from Maya Angelou: “People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.”
 
Working through experiential learning is about fostering heart-based learning, a process where thoughts and feelings are recycled into words and movement, and vice versa.
