This initiative is led by young people living in Slovenia and Tunisia. It explores how Gen Z understands and engages with ethical and sustainable fashion, focusing on the values fashion carries, how it shapes identity, and its impact on individuals and their communities.
Through a virtual exchange, participants will have the opportunity to learn about intercultural and ethical fashion practices in Slovenia and Tunisia, while also sharing their own perspectives and creative expressions of what fashion means to them.
The idea was initiated by young people from diverse backgrounds, including those with experiences connected to Syria and Slovenia, currently living in Slovenia, together with youth from various backgrounds living in Tunisia. The initiative is developed within the Reka Si Intercultural Youth Club in Slovenia and the Cultural Club Ali Belhouani in Tunisia.
