Explore the Connect for Global Change training modules

On the 2nd of October 2025, Reka Si designed and facilitated participatory training course based on the content of C-FGC Module 4: Transformative Gender Approach for 15 NGO staff participants who are part of the C-FGC program, coordinated by SLOGA, NGO platform for development, global learning and humanitarian aid.

This module is highly useful for organisations that aim to integrate intersectional, gender-transformative approaches across the programme lifecycle, from context analysis and design to implementation, monitoring and evaluation.

Second part of the training course "Gender Transformative Approach"

 

Reka Si will run Part 2 of Module 4: Gender-Transformative Approach:  in person on 2 Oct 2025, 10:00-13:15 (Kotnikova 28). The hands-on session uses simulations and role-play to show how to embed gender-transformative, intersectional approaches across the project life cycle for Connect for Global Change subgrantees - and for NGO staff aiming to uplevel their work by integrating these approaches into their projects.

About Module 4
Module 4: A Gender-Transformative Approach, is part of the Connect for Global Change toolkit, which consists of five learning modules that can be completed separately.

The Future We Want

Last week, we delivered an international youth exchange in Zreče, Slovenia, that brought together 25 young people and youth workers living in Tunisia, Slovenia, and Poland.
 
As a research and art institute, we design programmes that use arts-based methods to stimulate critical thinking and peer-to-peer learning.
